Workshop: Sustainable biocomposites: Forward to a Circular Economy
WORKSHOP
Sustainable biocomposites:
Forward to a Circular Economy
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Biocomposites are of special interest in many different fields of application due to their lightweight potential with their competitive mechanical performance. The use of sustainable materials is becoming more important due to the environmental concerns. The inclusion of natural fibers also can result in composites with interesting property profiles and could lead to a reduction in environmental footprints contributing towards a circular economy. This event aims to present relevant research and developments on this field.
